After ceramic work, it was almost 8:00 p.m.

I had Chinese oolong, and it still wasn’t dark outside.

Summer is a good time to throw clay and work late into the night.

This summer is going well.

Every day repeats the same rhythm:

my body filled with sunlight from the park,

moving like a dance in the swimming pool,

drinking hot tea in the heat of a summer night.
